Station 1: Grilled Marinated Mahi Mahi with Teriyaki Glaze, Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken with Madarin Orange Ginger Sauce and Roast Pork Loin with Pineapple Barbeque Sauce.
Station 1: Coconut Basmati Rice
Asian Stir Fry Vegetables
Station 3: Salad with toppings and dressings and side dishes, rolls and various dessert bars.
Dessert and Awards 8:00 - 9:00 Seated around tables to acknowledge those that made all the events of the year possible
We will have a casual atmosphere where people can come and enjoy themselves, eat and dance. There will be Hawaiian decorations so wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt or dress (or come as you want) and have Hawaiian theme music such as Jimmy Buffett etc.
Music by Jim Reilly, come and listen and dance to Hawaiian themed music such as Jimmy Buffett and more. Registration is closed. Please call for space availabilty
