Drive up trip
The Porcupine Mountains Ski Area is home to three beginner ski runs, eight intermediate runs, and nine expert runs, as well as a natural terrain park for snowboarders. The ski hill offers nearly 700 feet of elevation, and the longest run at the ski area is a mile long. The downhill area is served by a triple chairlift and rope tow.
The ski hill is also home to several cross-country ski trails maintained by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. The system offers over 30km of trails for all skill levels.
Lodging
- 2 nights lodging at the AmericInn Lodge and Suites in Silver City (6 miles from the ski area). Double occupancy standard queen.
- Group dinner at hotel restaurant Saturday (Pay on your own)

Located on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, AmericInn Lodge & Suites Silver City is situated on the shores of Lake Superior and Big Iron River.
