You can sit inside or in the outside patio that has outdoor heaters.
They sell pizzas, soft pretzels and cheese bread. We can bring in snacks and they will provide bowls.

Founded in 2018 by three enthusiastic home brewers, Rebellion Brewing Company continues Cedarburg’s brewing history in the historic Cedarburg Mill. Dale Georgeff, Peter Olds, and Rod Otto, took over in the basement of the mill, once occupied by Silver Creek Brewery, and are quickly making the brewery into a popular destination for locals as well as Cedarburg’s ever growing tourist population. It’s a hidden gem of Cedarburg, well worth seeking out.
Nestled along the beautiful Cedar Creek, Rebellion has a large, relaxing outdoor beer garden. For those sometimes crisp evenings, we have propane heaters to keep you comfortable.
Besides great beers, we also offer a full assortment of shots, mixed drinks and our famous Bloody Mary!
