 Winter Park Resort is Colorado's longest continually operated ski resort with the newest experiences. Averaging over 320 inches of annual snowfall and 300 days of sunshine, paired with 3,081 acres of award-winning terrain including groomers, terrain parks, deeps, steeps, trees and most definitely world-famous bumps at Mary Jane. Located just 70 miles northwest of Denver, Winter Park Resort is the closest major destination resort to Denver International Airport.


Winter Park and Mary Jane, including Parsenn Bowl, Vasquez Ridge, Eagle Wind and The Cirque.  Mary Jane has a separate base area and is known for its moguls, tree skiing, hidden huts, and generally more difficult terrain. It encompasses the above- tree line terrain of Parsenn Bowl. Vasquez Ridge, offers intermediate terrain and mogul runs.  There is an additional 435 acres of backcountry terrain in  the  Vasquez Cirque access to this area requires hiking from the top of Mary Jane.

Trails - 3,081 total skiable acreage (1,246 hectares), includes 166 designated trails and 1,212 acres (490 hectares) of off-piste terrain, including Vasquez Cirque and glade skiing.


Lifts - 23 lifts, including three high-speed six-pack lifts, one 10-person gondola, six high-speed express quads, three triples, six double chairlifts, three surface lifts, and one rope tow. 



The Vintage Hotel:

The Vintage Hotel Winter Park is located has a shared lounge, a picnic area and billiards. The Zephyr Express is 950 metres from the venue. It lies in the centre of Winter Park, only steps from Coca Cola Tubing Hill at Winter Park. The city centre is a 15-minute walk away. The Cabriolet Gondola is 1,416 feet long with 38 open-air gondolas. Each gondola has an eight-place cabin. The travel time between Cabriolet's two terminals at the Vintage and the Village is about 2-1/2 minutes. Resort officials estimate the gondola lift has the potential to carry 2,800 riders per hour. It is also located near the hotel. 

Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with bath towels, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries, non-smoking rooms, WiFi and cable channels. The Vintage Hotel offers a scenic view of the town and the ski area.

Each of the 11 room suites for 2 (2 queens) has utensils and cookware.  Winter Park Resort circle bus stop is within walking distance and the Hotel also has a shuttle. The venue boasts an outdoor heated swimming pool. Each room also has a microwave oven, small refrigerator, 2 burner stove top and utensils provided. This is not a full kitchen.

Each of the 2- 2 bedroom /2 bath condos for 4 (King/2 twins) has all the above and a full kitchen.  These are first come firsrt serve basis via private message to either Western Trip Director or Trip Leader. 

Trip without air or lifts is $998 by credit and $969 by check 

  • Round Trip Airfare on SW Airlines $309 additional cost
  • Group Hug Lift tickets $97 per day for three or four days at additional cost with club.
  • Round trip bus transportation from Denver to Winter Park (2 hours) with food stop
  • 4 nights lodging at the Vintage Hotel in Studio suites with 11 Studio Suites with kitchenette and two double beds, & 2 -2 bedroom/ 2 bath condos for 4.
  • Amenities include Large Hot Tubs & Heated pool
  • Welcome Party, group party
