Join us for lunch at MOTOR Bar & Restaurant, as it satisfies that rumble in your belly with bold American classics. Some of the February specials are:
Mardi Gras Wings, One pound of our house smoked jumbo chicken wings, tossed in smoky herb Creole seasoning. Served with remoulade, carrot and celery.
Smoked Chicken, Andouille & Crawdad Gumbo, Slow cooked andouille sausage, smoked chicken, crawfish, okra and holy trinity vegetables. Served with a scoop of rice and topped with pickled fried okra.
Muffuletta Sandwich, Salami, thin shaved Black Forest ham, mortadella, provolone marinated olive salad on herb focaccia. Served with fries.
Beignets, A NOLA classic, fried yeast dough dusted with powdered sugar and served with a side of cafe' au lait cookie butter for dipping.
